A Leadership Commission · By Application

The Warrior's Compass Certification.

This is not a course. It's a deployment.

You don't buy the Playbook. You earn the right to lead it.

If you're a teacher, mentor, pastor, youth worker, principal, or coach who has felt the call to walk with kids through the hardest work of their lives — identity reconstruction in the middle of trauma, abandonment, and broken homes — this is the gateway. Apply for the Certification. Earn the standard. Carry the Compass into your community.

The Coach-Only Firewall

The Playbook is restricted. This page is the only gateway.

The Young Heroes Playbook is not for sale. It cannot be downloaded, photocopied, distributed, or facilitated by anyone who has not earned the right to lead it. Not because we're precious — because the work is real.

This is trauma-aware identity reconstruction. It happens in the hardest contexts on earth: orphanages, juvenile facilities, fatherless homes, broken classrooms. Untrained adults in those rooms don't just fail — they do damage. To the kids. To the methodology. To the brand we've spent 20+ years building.

So we built the firewall.

To lead the Young Heroes Playbook anywhere — a school, a church, an orphanage, a youth program — you must complete the Warrior's Compass Certification. No exceptions. No work-arounds. No back-channel access.

If that standard offends you, this isn't your mission. If it makes you stand straighter, keep reading.

Two Tiers of Deployment

Choose your deployment level.

The Warrior's Compass Certification credentials adults to lead at one of two scales. Both require the full mastery curriculum. One commissions you to lead a Squad. The other commissions you to lead a Home.

Tier One

Squad Coach

Commission Level · Squad
A Squad is 10 students. As a Certified Squad Coach, you have the authority to lead a Squad through a full Playbook cycle — School Edition, Church Edition, or the appropriate context-specific Playbook.

For: youth workers, individual mentors, small-group leaders, single classroom teachers, counselors, faith-based volunteers.

You receive:

  • The Warrior's Compass Certification credential
  • Access to the appropriate Playbook (context-matched)
  • The Coach's Guide for your Playbook
  • Squad-level facilitation training (multi-session mastery work)
  • Ongoing community of Certified Coaches
  • Annual renewal pathway

Tuition: donation-based. Specific levels and payment plans discussed in your Discovery Call.

Tier Two

Home Commander

Commission Level · Full Group / Full Home
A Home Commander is certified to lead a Full Group — an entire orphanage home, a full classroom or grade level, a youth ministry, or an after-school program. Deployment authority at scale.

For: senior teachers, principals, pastors, orphanage directors, youth pastors, program leaders, lead facilitators, district decision-makers.

You receive:

  • Everything in Squad Coach certification
  • Advanced facilitation training (full-group dynamics, crisis intervention basics, trauma-aware leadership)
  • All relevant Playbooks for your context
  • Authority to certify and supervise Squad Coaches within your organization
  • Direct line to Jason and the senior coaching team
  • Quarterly leadership cohort calls
  • Annual renewal with continuing mastery work

Tuition: donation-based. Specific levels and payment plans discussed in your Discovery Call.

The Mastery Curriculum

What you learn. What you master.

The Warrior's Compass Certification is not a webinar. It is the transfer of a method that took 20+ years of lived experience to build. Here's the body of work you will master:

01

The Warriors Compass — the Eight Sacred Words.

W. A. R. R. I. O. R. S. — Willing. Action. Relentless. Resourceful. Inspired. Optimistic. Responsible. Self-Aware. You will master each word at the identity level, the embodiment level, and the application level. You will be able to teach each one without a script.

02

Identity Reconstruction Methodology.

The Compass is not a list of principles. It is the framework for helping a kid choose their identity before their situation chooses it for them. You'll learn how identity gets formed in the absence of love, and how to interrupt the script trauma has already written.

03

Discovery, Not Lecture.

Every kid discovers their own compass through their own work — their own hero name, their own origin story, their own powers. You will master the facilitation discipline of holding space instead of delivering content. Harder than it sounds. Most adults can't do it. You will.

04

Trauma-Aware Facilitation.

You'll be working with kids whose stories will wreck you if you're not ready. You'll learn how to stay grounded, how to hold a kid's pain without flinching, and how to spot crisis-level disclosure and route it correctly.

05

Context-Matched Application.

You're certifying to deploy in a specific environment — school, church, orphanage, or juvenile facility. The mastery curriculum drills into the application of the Compass for your specific context.

06

Occupying the Space.

The Orphanage Playbook is a 10-day mission, every day, for two weeks — what we call occupying the space. Home Commanders learn the cadence, the daily rhythm, and the leadership stamina required to lead a full-home intensive.

07

The Standard.

You will learn the standard we hold each other to — what it looks like to be a Certified Warrior Coach in good standing. Character. Capacity. Commitment.

The Deployment Path

How you get there.

Five steps. Each one a real gate. No shortcuts.

Step 01

Apply.

Submit the Certification Inquiry form at the bottom of this page. Name. Organization. Location. Why you're called to lead.

Step 02

Discovery Call.

If your application reflects the standard, you'll be scheduled for a 30-minute call with Jason or a senior Certified Coach. This is not a sales call. It's a discernment conversation — we both have to know this is right.

Step 03

Mastery Curriculum.

You complete the certification curriculum. Multi-week. Real work. Reading, reflection, video work, written assignments, live cohort sessions. No shortcuts. We're not training people who shortcut things.

Step 04

Field Practicum.

You shadow or co-facilitate with an active Certified Coach in a real deployment. You're observed. You're given direct feedback. You don't get certified until you can hold the room.

Step 05

Deployment.

You receive your credential, your Playbook(s), and your authority to lead. You go home. You start the work. We stay with you — the community, the supervision, the annual renewal, the call when it gets hard.

The Standard

This is not for everyone. It's for the right ones.

We're not looking for people who want to help kids. We're looking for adults who can hold a kid's pain without flinching. Who don't need to be the hero. Who can teach the method without making it about themselves. Who can stand in a room where the work is going sideways and not abandon ship.

Character

You've done your own work. You're not running from your own story. You can say "me too" without making it about you.

Capacity

You can hold space. You can sit with discomfort. You can wait for a kid to find their own answer instead of giving them yours.

Commitment

You're not certifying for a credential. You're certifying because something inside you refuses to look away from the kids the system gave up on.

If this is you — apply. If you're not sure — apply anyway. The Discovery Call is where we figure it out together.

Certification Inquiry

Apply for the Warrior's Compass Certification.

This is the first step. We read every inquiry personally.

3–5 paragraphs. Give us the real story.

A Note From Jason

A word, founder to founder.

If you're reading this, you're probably already doing the work — just without a method, without backup, and without a community of adults who get it.

I built this Certification because I needed it 20 years ago and nobody had it. I had to figure out the Compass alone, in the dark, as an eight-year-old boy with no father. I'm not asking you to walk that road. I'm asking you to walk the next stretch of road with the method already in your hands.

If you're called, you're called. Apply.
