You don't buy the Playbook. You earn the right to lead it.
If you're a teacher, mentor, pastor, youth worker, principal, or coach who has felt the call to walk with kids through the hardest work of their lives — identity reconstruction in the middle of trauma, abandonment, and broken homes — this is the gateway. Apply for the Certification. Earn the standard. Carry the Compass into your community.
The Young Heroes Playbook is not for sale. It cannot be downloaded, photocopied, distributed, or facilitated by anyone who has not earned the right to lead it. Not because we're precious — because the work is real.
This is trauma-aware identity reconstruction. It happens in the hardest contexts on earth: orphanages, juvenile facilities, fatherless homes, broken classrooms. Untrained adults in those rooms don't just fail — they do damage. To the kids. To the methodology. To the brand we've spent 20+ years building.
So we built the firewall.
To lead the Young Heroes Playbook anywhere — a school, a church, an orphanage, a youth program — you must complete the Warrior's Compass Certification. No exceptions. No work-arounds. No back-channel access.
If that standard offends you, this isn't your mission. If it makes you stand straighter, keep reading.
The Warrior's Compass Certification credentials adults to lead at one of two scales. Both require the full mastery curriculum. One commissions you to lead a Squad. The other commissions you to lead a Home.
For: youth workers, individual mentors, small-group leaders, single classroom teachers, counselors, faith-based volunteers.

Apply as a Home CommanderThe Warrior's Compass Certification is not a webinar. It is the transfer of a method that took 20+ years of lived experience to build. Here's the body of work you will master:
W. A. R. R. I. O. R. S. — Willing. Action. Relentless. Resourceful. Inspired. Optimistic. Responsible. Self-Aware. You will master each word at the identity level, the embodiment level, and the application level. You will be able to teach each one without a script.
The Compass is not a list of principles. It is the framework for helping a kid choose their identity before their situation chooses it for them. You'll learn how identity gets formed in the absence of love, and how to interrupt the script trauma has already written.
Every kid discovers their own compass through their own work — their own hero name, their own origin story, their own powers. You will master the facilitation discipline of holding space instead of delivering content. Harder than it sounds. Most adults can't do it. You will.
You'll be working with kids whose stories will wreck you if you're not ready. You'll learn how to stay grounded, how to hold a kid's pain without flinching, and how to spot crisis-level disclosure and route it correctly.
You're certifying to deploy in a specific environment — school, church, orphanage, or juvenile facility. The mastery curriculum drills into the application of the Compass for your specific context.
The Orphanage Playbook is a 10-day mission, every day, for two weeks — what we call occupying the space. Home Commanders learn the cadence, the daily rhythm, and the leadership stamina required to lead a full-home intensive.
You will learn the standard we hold each other to — what it looks like to be a Certified Warrior Coach in good standing. Character. Capacity. Commitment.
Five steps. Each one a real gate. No shortcuts.
Submit the Certification Inquiry form at the bottom of this page. Name. Organization. Location. Why you're called to lead.
If your application reflects the standard, you'll be scheduled for a 30-minute call with Jason or a senior Certified Coach. This is not a sales call. It's a discernment conversation — we both have to know this is right.
You complete the certification curriculum. Multi-week. Real work. Reading, reflection, video work, written assignments, live cohort sessions. No shortcuts. We're not training people who shortcut things.
You shadow or co-facilitate with an active Certified Coach in a real deployment. You're observed. You're given direct feedback. You don't get certified until you can hold the room.
You receive your credential, your Playbook(s), and your authority to lead. You go home. You start the work. We stay with you — the community, the supervision, the annual renewal, the call when it gets hard.
We're not looking for people who want to help kids. We're looking for adults who can hold a kid's pain without flinching. Who don't need to be the hero. Who can teach the method without making it about themselves. Who can stand in a room where the work is going sideways and not abandon ship.
You've done your own work. You're not running from your own story. You can say "me too" without making it about you.
You can hold space. You can sit with discomfort. You can wait for a kid to find their own answer instead of giving them yours.
You're not certifying for a credential. You're certifying because something inside you refuses to look away from the kids the system gave up on.
If this is you — apply. If you're not sure — apply anyway. The Discovery Call is where we figure it out together.
This is the first step. We read every inquiry personally.
If you're reading this, you're probably already doing the work — just without a method, without backup, and without a community of adults who get it.
I built this Certification because I needed it 20 years ago and nobody had it. I had to figure out the Compass alone, in the dark, as an eight-year-old boy with no father. I'm not asking you to walk that road. I'm asking you to walk the next stretch of road with the method already in your hands.
If you're called, you're called. Apply.
