Jalisco Orphanage #1

There are 153 million orphans in the world. Most are walking right into cartel recruitment, sex trafficking, addiction, or the cycle that took the parents they never met. We can't reach all 153 million. We can reach the next home.
Young Warriors Global is a global movement with two living bases. Los Angeles — where Jason still lives part of every year — where the work was forged and where it's still active across multiple schools and districts. Jalisco, Mexico — daily Orphanage Playbook intensives in partnership with DIF (Mexico's federal family services) and a growing network of Casa Hogars. Designed to multiply into every country we get called into.
I'm not asking you to fund a foundation. I'm asking you to adopt an orphanage with me.
These kids don't have an identity problem because they're broken. They have an identity problem because no one ever helped them choose one. The trauma chose for them. The abuse chose for them. The neglect, the abandonment, the cartel recruiter — all of them showed up first with a story. And once a kid believes that story is who they are, they live it out.
The trauma becomes the true story. The abandonment becomes the identity. And the kid becomes a statistic.
The Orphanage Playbook is identity work in the hardest possible setting. Two weeks of daily sessions where every kid does their own discovery — building their own hero name, writing their own origin story, naming their own powers, learning the eight words of the Warriors Compass and applying them to a life that's been written for them by everything but themselves.
It's not therapy. It's not a workshop. It's orientation — the compass that points a kid back to who they actually are, before the world told them otherwise.
I do this for the boy I was. I do this for my sister who didn't make it. I do this for every kid who is unseen, forgotten, and waiting for someone to show up.
When you adopt an orphanage with Young Warriors Global, you're funding a 10-day mission to change the origin story of every child in that home. We don't visit. We occupy the space. We do identity reconstruction — every single day, for two weeks, until every kid has chosen who they are before their situation could choose for them.
Certified coaches. The Orphanage Playbook in English and Spanish. Branded shirts for every kid (GUERRERO / GUERRERA). Daily lesson plans. Trauma-informed protocols. Everything we need to walk in and start the work.
For two weeks, every single day, the kids work through their compass — not as a lecture, as a discovery. They build their own hero name. They write their own origin story. They name their own powers. They learn the eight words of the Warriors Compass — and they apply them to a life that's been written for them by everything but themselves.
We take them out of the orphanage. We feed them. We show them a world bigger than their walls. We let them experience what kids in stable homes take for granted.
At the end of two weeks, every kid graduates as a Young Warrior. Photos. Certificates. Real moments of being seen, named, and celebrated — many of them for the first time in their lives.
We don't drop the work and leave. We stay in contact. We come back. We build with the orphanage staff so the work continues after we're gone.
There are 153 million orphans in the world. No one funds all of them. We fund the next one. Pick the tier that fits — every level is a legitimate move.

This is where it started and where it's still alive. Over a decade of identity work in LA classrooms — multiple schools, multiple districts, still active today. Jason still lives partially in LA. Kids in the same trauma, the same broken homes, the same statistics orphans face — just on different streets. LA didn't get retired. It got reinforced.
Daily Orphanage Playbook two-week intensives. Partnered with DIF (Mexico's federal family services) and Casa Hogars across the region. There are a lot more orphanages in Jalisco — and across Mexico — waiting for the next donor to send us in.
If you know a Casa Hogar, an orphanage, a school, a community, or a country we should be in — fund it, and we'll go. We bring the method. You bring the door.

I survived because one man showed up with a compass when I was a kid in Akron with no father. He didn't write a check. He showed up. He stayed.
I'm not him. But I'm doing the same thing in a different country, with different kids, with a method I built so I'd never have to leave it to chance again. Every kid in our orphanages is one mentor away from becoming the kind of warrior who breaks the cycle instead of dying inside it.
I can't be in every home myself. That's why I built the Playbook. That's why I'm training coaches. That's why I'm asking you to adopt the next one with me.
If you can write the check yourself, write it. If you know someone who can, send them this page. If you have a relationship to a country I haven't named yet, bring it to me. The method works. The team is ready. We're just waiting for the next partner.
No me sé rajar.
For anyone bringing a relationship to a specific Casa Hogar, orphanage, city, or country — or for a larger commitment you want to talk through — a direct call is the right first step. No fake big-number buttons. Just a real conversation about what you want to do and where you want it to go.

Sponsoring a kid is monthly recurring — $25/month follows one specific child over time. The Legend's Legacy is a one-time $9,000 gift that fully funds a two-week daily intensive for up to 40+ kids and 8 adults — every Playbook, every piece of gear, every field trip, graduation, and the long-term mentorship infrastructure left behind. One is a relationship with a child. The other adopts an entire home.
Give at whatever tier fits. $25 is the Young Warriors Uniform. $100 is the Origin Kit. $500 fuels the Young Heroes Fund for new territory launches. $1,500 is the Young Warriors Command — a squad of 10 students through a full two-week intensive. Every tier moves the work.
The Young Heroes Playbook is not a retail product. It is a facilitated curriculum that must be led by a Certified Warrior Coach. Adults who want to bring the Playbook into their school, church, or community must first complete the Warrior's Compass Certification. This protects the kids, protects the methodology, and ensures the work actually changes lives instead of becoming another workbook on a shelf.
Yes. Every major gift gets a named impact report at the end of the two-week intensive — the orphanage, the dates, the kids' first names, photos (with permission), and what they learned. You see what your money did.
Yes. We work with companies on branded sponsorships, employee engagement (volunteer trips, in-kind donations), and multi-year commitments. Contact Jason directly.
Once the gift is committed, we typically run the two-week intensive within 60–90 days, depending on the home's schedule and our coaching availability. Faster for homes we already have relationships with.
No. Young Warriors Global serves kids regardless of faith. The Church Playbook is a separate curriculum specifically for Christian / non-denominational ministries. The Orphanage Playbook used here is not faith-specific — it's identity-based, trauma-informed, and built for any kid in an orphanage setting.
